Os gnomos da Garmin
Gente mais curiosa notou que a Garmin liberou o código para dois membros da nova linha nüvi de receptores GPS
que usam Linux, os da série 8xx e os da série 5xxx. E, além de usarem Linux e diversas tecnologias do GNOME Mobile, usam também a ferramenta de geoinformação GeoClue, no que a Garmin
talvez seja pioneira.
